We accept returns placed within 3 days from the date of delivery. Return requests placed after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Products bought in the sale are ineligible for return. They can be only exchanged for a different size.

Customized and altered products are ineligible for return.

Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:

  • All items must have the original tags (hang tags should be unbroken from the garment) and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All items should be free of make-up or tan marks
  • To ensure your garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging for proper care and protection.
  • All return requests have to be initiated within 3 days of receipt of the product. You have to email from your registered email id to trigger the request along with the Order ID#.
  • It takes about 12-15 working days to complete your return / exchange request post your request has been triggered.

There are certain situations where only refunds are not granted (if applicable) – Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or has missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.

Wrong or Damaged Item Delivered

All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please mail us at along with the images of the damage claimed, within 3 days of receiving the order. In case of either a damaged product return or size exchange, please write to with the subject: RETURNS. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. IREA must be notified within 3 days of receipt of clothes about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days.

Cost of Returns / Exchange

Return / Exchange, for first round, is free if the size has to be exchanged or products are to be exchanged with a different product of the same or higher value.

Customer will bear the cost of shipping if the exchange is happening for the second round.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For COD orders, the amount (excluding handling charges) is refunded to you in your account. COD handling charges charged at the time of placing the order are nonrefundable.

For prepaid orders, we will refund the amount into your initial payment mode viz. bank account, credit, card, UPI as applicable.

Sale Items

We do not offer refunds on orders sold during the Sale. Items bought in the sale can only be exchanged for a different size.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
